I am a firm believer that we all have the answers to solve what challenges us the most. Despite intrinsically having these answers, we sometimes need support to unlock them and allow us to be our best self! Throughout my career I have worked in a wide variety of settings, which has resulted in experience working with issues unique to men and men’s health, workplace stress and performance, sexuality concerns and harmful sexual behaviors, trauma, chemical health, depression, and anxiety.
Although I do not have a specific “therapeutic style," I tend to draw on evidenced-based modalities such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Solution Focused Therapy as my primary therapeutic approach.
We all have one chance at life and it is up to each of us to make the most of it and I would be honored to join you on your journey.
